Welcome to École La Mache!

Located in Lyon, the school is a private technological and vocational school founded in 1920. It provides students with a genuine know-how, skills and knowledge needed in business and industry within a global economy.

Education and service to society are at the heart of the mission of our school. Deeply linked with the professional world, our school equips students with a good education, accurate professional training and promotes cultural awareness.

Our philosophy and mission

We have five priorities:

Our goals are to offer and encourage mobility among students, teachers and staff.  

Therefore “Foundation LA MACHE” aims are to help students to define and build up their personal and professional future.

Our Dean is in charge of guaranteeing the values and specificity of SUP LA MACHE, coordinating departments, fostering education, international relations and students life.

In 2011, then in 2013, three professional qualifications were registered on the qualification system to the national referencing processes (« national referencing report ») according with the European Qualification Framework (EQF). (CADI)

Program fully taught in English – proof of English language proficiency is required (B1 is strongly recommended)

ERASMUS+ incoming exchange students

Students from all over Europe are welcome to study one or two semester at our Institute LA MACHE as part of the program in their home institutions. We are especially pleased to invite the students of Universities with which we cooperate under ERASMUS+ scheme.

However, even if your home University has not signed an ERASMUS+ agreement with us, yet you wish to do a period of studies at LA MACHE Institute, and your University accepts your choice, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Applications should be sent to the International office no later than 30th of June for the winter semester and 30th November for the spring semester. You should receive the confirmation by three weeks later.
